My best beauty tidbit?
Take a good prenatal vitamin from the health food store as your daily multi, fish oil, vitamin d, probiotics, and loads of vitamin c! I’m also a big lover of Seabuckthorn oil and charcoal soaps for combo skin types. Ditching tap water for spring or filtered will show incredible differences in your health and beauty too.
